SkyVera Zip Screens, with their modern, clean design, blend seamlessly into any architecture. A wide selection of colors and fabric textures—from smooth to micro-perforated—allows for customized designs. Depending on the fabric type, the light transmission varies, allowing for a perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics.
We use high-quality fabrics from Serge Ferrari, which, thanks to Precontraint® technology, are particularly dimensionally stable, weatherproof, and UV-resistant. With a weight of 580–800 g/m², they offer effective sun, privacy, and wind protection and meet fire protection class B1/M1. The fabrics are water-repellent, mold-resistant, and easy to care for—ideal for long-lasting, low-maintenance solutions.

Our zip screen systems not only protect your outdoor areas from the elements but also add aesthetic value to your architecture. The special fabric filters the sun's rays, regulates room temperature, and minimizes the harmful effects of UV radiation. At the same time, it offers protection from wind and light rain, making balconies and terraces usable year-round.
Thanks to Zip technology, the fabric moves tautly and quietly between the guide rails. The systems are available in both horizontal and vertical designs and can be customized with a wide range of colors, fabrics, and automation options. While keeping out prying eyes, they allow a clear view of the outdoors – for greater comfort and privacy.
Areas of application
Zip screens offer an effective solution not only for vertical facades, but also for horizontal and sloped surfaces. Particularly in glass roof systems, they provide pleasant sunlight control and significantly increase interior comfort.
The systems are ideal for pergolas, conservatories, balconies, glass facades, office windows, and shop windows. Thanks to their aesthetic appearance and technical properties, they are very popular in both residential and commercial applications. They can be integrated into existing structures without structural changes and offer maximum efficiency both indoors and outdoors.
Our Zip Screen systems are equipped with motors from Somfy or Becker and can be fully integrated into modern smart home systems. Whether via remote control, mobile app, or voice assistant (e.g., Alexa or Google Home), you have full control over your shading at all times. This integration not only simplifies everyday life but also offers maximum living comfort and contemporary user-friendliness.
Integration into the smart home
Thanks to state-of-the-art sensor technology, Zip systems react automatically to external weather conditions. A sun sensor lowers the screens in strong sunlight, while a wind sensor moves the systems to a safe position in strong winds. Additionally, a timer function can be activated so that the screens operate automatically at set times. These automated processes not only increase comfort but also promote the energy efficiency of your home.
