Return Policy

At SkyVera, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we're here to help if there are any issues with your order.

Returns for custom-made items:

A large portion of our products are manufactured according to individual measurements and customer specifications. Therefore, the right of withdrawal for such custom-made products is limited. Returns are only possible in the case of manufacturing defects, missing products, or incorrectly delivered products.

Returns for standard products:

For standard products sold directly from stock, the right of return can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Return process:

Please submit your return request in writing, including your order number, to info@skyvera.de. After reviewing your order, we will provide you with the return address and all further instructions.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect.

Return confirmation and refund:

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, if the return is justified, the refund will be made within 14 working days to the bank account originally used.
