Roof glazing options
The roof materials used in our carport systems vary depending on the application and individual requirements.
Polycarbonate roof: A lightweight, cost-effective option with high light transmission. UV-resistant.
Plexiglass: Offers a clear appearance, is impact-resistant and an aesthetic choice.
Insulated glass: Provides thermal and sound insulation and is the most comfortable option for year-round use.
Water drainage system
Our glass roof systems are equipped with an integrated drainage system that effectively diverts rainwater from the building structure. Special channels, discreetly integrated into the roof profiles, direct the rainwater directly into the vertical support posts.
The internal pipes in these posts guide the water down to the ground in a controlled manner. This prevents puddles, and the structure and surrounding areas remain protected from moisture. High-quality seals and gaskets ensure maximum waterproofing and longevity.
This system offers a maintenance-free, reliable solution with a high level of comfort, especially for conservatories that can be used all year round.
Energy efficiency (U-values)
The roofing materials used for our SkyVera carport systems, such as insulated panels or special twin-wall sheets, are characterized by their low thermal conductivity. The U-value of these materials can be as low as 1.1 W/m²K. This ensures effective thermal insulation, which also protects the vehicle parked underneath from extreme temperatures.
Fire resistance class
All aluminum profiles, covering materials, and connecting elements used in our carports comply with applicable European fire protection guidelines. The components used are classified as flame-retardant (B1) according to DIN 4102, thus ensuring a high level of safety.
Optional insulation options
For customers with special requirements for temperature or sound insulation, we also offer optional thermally broken profile systems. These allow for control of heat circulation within the structure and are particularly recommended in regions with extreme weather conditions.

Die tragenden Strukturen der SkyVera Carport-Systeme bestehen aus hochdichtem Aluminium der Güteklasse 6063-T5 und sind mit einer langlebigen elektrostatischen Pulverbeschichtung versehen. Diese Legierung vereint geringes Gewicht mit hoher Tragfähigkeit und ausgezeichneter Korrosionsbeständigkeit. Das Material ist ideal für den ganzjährigen Außeneinsatz geeignet, widersteht zuverlässig UV-Strahlung, Feuchtigkeit und extremen Temperaturschwankungen. Die Oberflächen behalten ihr ästhetisches Erscheinungsbild über viele Jahre ohne zusätzliche Wartung.
Dacheindeckungsoptionen:
Für die Bedachung der Carports stehen verschiedene Materialien zur Verfügung, die je nach Budget, Lichtdurchlässigkeit und Belastungsanforderung ausgewählt werden. Zu den Optionen zählen langlebige Polycarbonatplatten, Plexiglas sowie isolierte Sandwichpaneele. Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Wind- und Schneelasten:
SkyVera Carport-Systeme werden gemäß EN 1090 und den einschlägigen Eurocode-Normen konstruiert. Durch statische Berechnungen wird sichergestellt, dass die Konstruktion auch bei starken Wind- und Schneelasten stabil bleibt. Zusätzliche Verstärkungsprofile können projektbezogen integriert werden, um die Sicherheit und Langlebigkeit zu erhöhen.
